Therapy Sessions
My Approach

My approach to counseling is integrative and flexible depending on the client's needs. However, one thing that is very important to me is taking time to get to know the client personally before asking the client to share intimate details of their life. I am only seeing clients 10 years old and older at this time.

About me

I first became interested in counseling when I attended play therapy at seven years old after my parents' divorce. Since then, I have done a lot of my own personal work on anxiety and depression. It has been a lifelong dream of mine to be able to help others cope with their mental health journeys.
